Who we are

Property Money Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13139726. Contact: the enquiry form on this site, or enquiries@propertymoney.co.uk.

Property Money Limited is not a regulated firm. This website provides illustrative tools and a way to get in touch. It does not provide regulated advice.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry or ask us to email calculator results, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you type, plus the illustrative figures generated by the tool. We also receive a yes/no flag for marketing opt-in, the time of submission, and basic technical data such as IP address used to send the form (to help with abuse).

The calculators themselves run in your browser. We do not see your numbers unless you choose to email results or include them in a message.

Why we use it

• To respond — because you asked us to (enquiry or emailed results). The lawful basis is typically steps at your request before a possible service, and/or consent where you tick the response box.
• Marketing — only if you tick the optional box. It is unticked unless you choose it. You can withdraw by emailing us.
• Site operation — keeping the forms usable and reducing spam.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through this site are received at enquiries@propertymoney.co.uk and handled in our working inbox. If you book a call, Calendly (or whatever booking URL is configured) will process the details you give that service under its own notice.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to pretend Property Money Limited is a regulated firm.

Cookies and analytics

This site is built to work without requiring analytics. Placeholders exist in the page source for Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XXXXXXXX) and a Meta pixel. They are commented out until the site owner enables them. If they are switched on later, this notice should be updated and, where required, a cookie choice offered.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and results emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you start, then deleted from active mailboxes when they are no longer useful, subject to any legal retention duty.

Your rights

Depending on UK data protection law you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of data you provided. Write to enquiries@propertymoney.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
